Adding a Chat Widget to Your Website

Connect your Agent to your Website’s Chat Widget

Step 1: Access Your Agent Settings

  1. Log in to your Flockx dashboard at agents.flockx.io
  2. Select the specific agent you want to add to your website
  3. Click on the “Settings” tab in the agent management interface

Step 2: Locate the Chat Widget Section

  1. Scroll down through the settings menu until you find the “Chat Widget” section
  2. This is where you’ll manage the website integration for your AI agent

Step 3: Upgrade to Enterprise (If Needed)

If you haven’t upgraded to an Enterprise plan yet:

  1. You’ll see an “Upgrade to Enterprise” option in the Chat Widget section
  2. Click this option to proceed to the package selection screen
  3. Select the Enterprise plan that best fits your needs
  4. You’ll be directed to Stripe’s secure payment page
  5. Enter your billing details and confirm your subscription
  6. After payment processing, you’ll automatically return to your agent settings

Step 4: Configure Your Widget

Once upgraded:

  1. The Chat Widget section will now display a toggle to enable/disable the widget
  2. You’ll also see a “Configure” option to customize your chat experience
  3. A Flockx representative will contact you to assist with:
  • Widget appearance customization
  • Behavior settings configuration
  • Initial message customization
  • Integration with your website code

Step 5: Implementation Support

  1. Generate the appropriate code snippet for your website
  2. Guide you through the installation process
  3. Test the widget to ensure proper functionality
